DEX.cc operates as a community-governed platform. All proposals are initiated by the Council. DXCC holders possess voting rights to determine proposal outcomes. Those holding over 20M DXCC tokens gain Council eligibility—enabling them to initiate proposals. The governance channel (DAO) will be launched subsequently.

The GHOST protocol was formally cited in the Ethereum whitepaper, demonstrating its academic credibility.

Kaspa officially launched in November 2021, utilizing a Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism with the kHeavyHash algorithm. It supports mining via GPU, FPGA, and ASIC hardware. With zero premine and no presale, all 28.7 billion KAS tokens are exclusively released through mining, following an emission schedule that halves annually (the 'chromatic scale' model)."
